much to my parent's dismay, i put an obama/biden sticker on the back of my car.
i am by no means a fan of partisan politics. i like to follow the issues and keep generally well-informed, but i don't really get too involved. needless to say, i think this election has a lot more at stake than usual, so i'm finding myself getting more politically active and surprising even myself.
i was filling up for gas on the drive back home from brooklyn and this old man came up to ask me for directions. he starts off with "i saw your sticker.." as if he knew that my decision meant that a) i'm a nice person and b) i'm smart enough to know how to give him good directions.
i'm into that.

I've had to do a lot of in-on-ear, out-the-other with my parents and politics the past few days. Scott and I had a few chuckles about it
