a beard, when used properly, can be a beautiful thing.

but a beard can also be used for evil. any time an object of great magical power is used, it can affect the user.

see, for example, frodo's ring from lord of the rings. the ring is all-powerful and has the power to change the wearer.

this also applies to beards. it's clear, by the video below, that joaquin is growing a creepy weirdo beard, and as such, is turning into a creepy weirdo.

i take utmost care everyday to send positive energy to my beard and make sure it gets all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. that way, as my beard grows bigger, i will harness its power for good and not let the unruliness take over.

it's a delicate balance. not meant for amateurs.

to my bearded friends, be careful with your beards. don't let the power of the beard take over your life. you are the owner of the beard, not the other way around. we are men, but we are also BEARDED men.
