time for striped sweaters!
i'm sick of everything on my itunes, so this evening i picked through my cd collection to find a rare gem. right now i am listening to the first my chemical romance album. 2002 phil thought this was this the most awesome shit ever.
2008 phil has 20/20 hindsight.
today at work was trying, but i pulled up and pulled through it. the next two weeks are going to be batshit crazy as we try to churn through this giant project before we break for the holidays.
the deadlines are so tight and they will inevitably be pushed to the absolute limit. i foresee craziness and working over the weekend and various other crazy things.
there is also the chance that i will need to work over my week off between xmas and new years. i am bracing for that possibility, but i have high hopes that the time off will remain sacred.
until then, i will remain the workhorse, and do what i can, knowing that most of this is out of my control.
in the meantime, plenty to look forward to... especially christmas parties! so stoked!
