christmas restlessness is officially in full effect.
i'll be making my escape tonight around midnight.
don't get me wrong, i love my family. and they've been nothing but gracious and amazing during my visit here. but i miss my apartment and my richmond life and i'm ready to get back to it. tonight the family has tickets to go see a show together and then i'm going to hit the road.
my thought is sundays are a bad day for xmas travel, so i might as well do the trip late tonight and save me the headache.
if you're experiencing xmas restlessness too, allow me to recommend going to see an awesome movie. "slumdog millionaire" was totally amazing. a great story about hardship, love, destiny, all that awesome shit that makes you get all teary-eyed. i loved it. i cannot say the same for the clint eastwood film "gran torino" which was pretty much about an old man who is mean to everyone. NOT so christmas-y.
since i will be returning to richmond late tonight, i am expecting epic hangouts throughout the week. for those of you in richmond who are down to hang on weeknights, i am expecting a phone call. let's get awesome!
