adding yet another reason to love gmail to my already long list of reasons.. gmail just announced that it is rolling out "offline gmail".
so, let's say you're at a place without wi-fi, or maybe you're traveling on a plane and wanted to spend that time to compose e-mails. in the coming days you should be able to access gmail in your browser while offline using an app called "google gears".
you obviously can't get new mail, but you can compose, read, organize, etc. all your existing e-mails.
FUCK YEAH, GOOGLE.
you can read all about it here at this wired.com article.
now, the only thing google has left to work on is creating an iphone app for blogger.
i NEEEEED to be able to blog from my phone in case something epic happens and you guys need to know about it instantaneously.
google? you listening?

You can blog from your phone, there's something, somewhere on here, where you can set it up to be able to text to your blog, and there's an option of either automatically publishing, or automatically sending it to the blog to be saved as a draft. I know I saw it once upon a time.
yeah, there's definitely something you can do, but it doesn't work very well.. and it's not very iphone friendly. bottom line - they should make a freakin' app.
You should design it, and then get bookoo bucks for it every time someone buys the app!
