in case you were wondering, it is "slow dance friday"!
a few months back, as a way to be silly and boost company morale, i initiated something called dance party friday between myself and the various people i work with on a daily basis. the idea is that on fridays, you only listen to upbeat dancy music and you're supposed to dance at your desk while you do your work.
i know, it sounds silly. but what have YOU done to boost morale at your company lately? hmmm?
so anyway, today is a special edition. "slow dance friday" where we only listen to slow jams. today i'm rocking hits by journey, patrick swayze, bryan adams, christopher cross, and barry manilow. the jams are slow and smooth and if i had a beautiful young lady here, she would melt in my arms as we slowly danced in circles in my office.
it seriously sounds like a jr. high school dance in my office right now, which kinda rules.
